What we collect
- Order details: name, email, shipping address, phone number where supplied
- Payment confirmation from PayPal — transaction ID and amount only, never card numbers
- The photos you send us for your commission
- Basic analytics: pages visited, referring site, approximate region, device type
Your pet photos
We use your photos solely to make your piece. We do not publish them, and we do not use them in marketing unless you give us explicit written permission — asking you is a separate email, never a pre-ticked box.
Photos are deleted from our working systems 12 months after your order is delivered, or immediately on request.
Who we share data with
Only the parties needed to fulfil your order: PayPal for payment, our shipping carrier for delivery, and our email provider for order updates. We never sell personal data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your cart working, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@felted-pet.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
