By placing an order on felted-pet.com you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable, not to trap anyone.

Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order — for example if our production calendar is full or the reference photos are unusable — and in that case we refund you in full.
Prices and deposits
Prices are in US dollars and may change, though a confirmed order is always honoured at the price you paid. Custom items are priced as a 50% deposit with the balance due before shipping, as set out in our payment page.
Handmade variation
Every piece is made by hand from natural fibre. Small variations in colour, texture and dimension are inherent to the process and are not defects. We colour match as closely as wool allows; dye lots vary slightly.
Intellectual property
You keep all rights to the photographs you send us. You grant us a limited licence to use them for the sole purpose of making your commission. All content on this site — text, photography and designs — belongs to Felted Pet Studio.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud where that limitation would be unlawful.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state, without limiting consumer rights you hold in your own country.
