Processing time

Custom pieces are made to order. Production times are listed on each product page and begin after you approve the draft photo. Ready-made items leave the studio within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times and cost

• Standard tracked shipping: free on orders over $69, otherwise $7.90
• United States and Canada: 7–10 business days
• Europe, UK and Australia: 8–12 business days
• Rest of world: 10–18 business days
• Express courier: available on request, quoted per order

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duties, VAT or handling fees set by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are payable by the recipient.

We declare every parcel accurately. We cannot mark an order as a gift or understate its value.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for ten business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we remake the piece at no cost to you.

If a parcel arrives damaged, send photos of the packaging and the item within 7 days of delivery and we will repair or remake it free of charge.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address supplied at checkout. Please check it carefully — once a parcel has left the studio we cannot redirect it, and orders returned due to an incorrect address will incur a reshipping fee.
